45kg UBench Dumbells-Pair

The 45kg UBench Dumbells-Pair is one of the benches options we supply to gyms and home setups across South Africa. Here is what it does and who it suits.

What you are getting is a bench designed to be used properly and often. It is listed with 45kg and supplied as a pair.

Best suited to

This one suits commercial floors needing benches that survive daily use, and garage gyms building around a rack. If that describes your setup, it will earn its place.

Fitting it into your space

Allow space to move the bench in and out if it is shared between a rack and a dumbbell area.

Points to weigh up

Pad width and firmness matter more than they sound. Too soft and you lose stability under load; too narrow and shoulder position suffers on heavy presses.

We stock 118 benches between R70 and R90 612; this one is in the middle at R3 444.

Check the fixings periodically. Adjustable benches work loose over time and a few minutes with a spanner keeps everything solid.

For context on how often adults should be training muscle groups, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty benches is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.

Delivery across South Africa is included on every order. Larger items are booked in rather than left at a door, so tell us about stairs, narrow passages or a restricted loading area when you order and we will arrange transport that suits the site.
