Active Infinity Bicep Curl

If you are putting together a space that has to work every day rather than look good once, the Active Infinity Bicep Curl is worth a close look. It comes from Active and forms part of our strength machines lineup.

Stripped of marketing language: this is a strength machine for people who train consistently. Where a measurement matters to you, ask us and we will confirm it before you order.

Who it suits

It works best for commercial floors needing guided, repeatable movement, and isolating a muscle group safely under load. Outside that, there may be a better match in the range — ask us.

Getting it in place

Confirm the footprint and the working envelope. Guided machines need clearance for the movement arm as well as the frame, and that is often overlooked.

Before you decide

Look at adjustability — seat, pad and start position. A machine that fits a wide range of body sizes gets used far more.

Against the other 56 strength machines we stock, this sits towards the entry end at R24 817 — the range runs R24 817 to R43 656, so there is room to move either way if the fit is not right.

Periodically check that the stack pin and selector move freely — a sticking pin is the most common member complaint.

For context on how often adults should be training muscle groups, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.

Key points

• Brand: Active
• Category: Selectorised Machines
• SKU: T8 006
• Condition: new unless the listing states otherwise

If you are planning a full setup, Strength, Selectorised Machines, Commercial Strength and Cable Machines are the sections that usually go with this.

Commercial and home equipment differ mainly in duty cycle — how many hours a day the frame, bearings and upholstery are designed to take. Equipment built for occasional use will usually survive a home routine comfortably but will not last on a busy floor, and the difference shows in the parts you cannot see rather than the finish.

If you want the Active Infinity Bicep Curl checked against your setup before you commit, get in touch. We would rather spend five minutes on measurements than arrange a return.
