Active Xha002 Glute Ham Developer

If you are putting together a space that has to work every day rather than look good once, the Active Xha002 Glute Ham Developer is worth a close look. It comes from Active and forms part of our gym equipment lineup.

Stripped of marketing language: this is a piece of gym equipment for people who train consistently. Where a measurement matters to you, ask us and we will confirm it before you order.

Who it suits

It works best for home gyms and commercial facilities across South Africa. Outside that, there may be a better match in the range — ask us.

Getting it in place

Measure the space and the route in before ordering. Doorways, corners and stairs are what turn a straightforward delivery into a problem.

Before you decide

Think about who will use it and their size range. Adjustability decides how many people find it comfortable.

Against the other 267 gym equipment we stock, this sits in the middle at R13 175 — the range runs R401 to R163 098, so there is room to move either way if the fit is not right.

Store or cover it if the space is damp, particularly for anything with a steel frame.

For what regular training actually does for you long term, the NHS summary of the health benefits of exercise covers the evidence plainly.

Key points

• Brand: Active
• Category: Strength
• SKU: XHA002
• Condition: new unless the listing states otherwise

If you are planning a full setup, Strength, Accessories, Free Weights and Cardio are the sections that usually go with this.

Commercial and home equipment differ mainly in duty cycle — how many hours a day the frame, bearings and upholstery are designed to take. Equipment built for occasional use will usually survive a home routine comfortably but will not last on a busy floor, and the difference shows in the parts you cannot see rather than the finish.

If you want the Active Xha002 Glute Ham Developer checked against your setup before you commit, get in touch. We would rather spend five minutes on measurements than arrange a return.
