ANYFIT-Pulldown / Seated Row

The ANYFIT-Pulldown / Seated Row is one of the rowing machines options we supply to gyms and home setups across South Africa, made by Anyfit. Here is what it does and who it suits.

In plain terms, this is a rowing machine intended for regular use rather than occasional. Full specifications are shown on this page and in the product images.

Best suited to

Think studios running class-based sessions, and full-body conditioning at home. Those are the situations where this piece makes the most sense.

Fitting it into your space

Confirm the floor is level. A rower on an uneven surface feels unstable through the drive.

Points to weigh up

Look at the monitor. Split, stroke rate and distance are what make training measurable.

Priced at R47 120, it is the 55th of 57 rowing machines we list (R238 to R118 818). Worth comparing before you settle.

Keep the rail and seat rollers clean. Grit on the rail is what wears seat wheels and causes rough travel.

On how much cardio is actually worth aiming for each week, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty rowing machines is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.

Delivery across South Africa is included on every order. Larger items are booked in rather than left at a door, so tell us about stairs, narrow passages or a restricted loading area when you order and we will arrange transport that suits the site.
