Blazepod Functional Kit Set Of 2

If you are putting together a space that has to work every day rather than look good once, the Blazepod Functional Kit Set Of 2 is worth a close look. It forms part of our conditioning kit lineup.

Stripped of marketing language: this is a conditioning kit for people who train consistently. Stated details include supplied as a set.

Who it suits

It works best for circuit and interval training, and home setups covering several bases at once. Outside that, there may be a better match in the range — ask us.

Getting it in place

Measure the space and the route in before ordering. Doorways, corners and stairs are what turn a straightforward delivery into a problem.

Before you decide

Think about who will use it and their size range. Adjustability decides how many people find it comfortable.

Against the other 105 conditioning kit we stock, this sits in the middle at R1 053 — the range runs R41 to R116 351, so there is room to move either way if the fit is not right.

Store or cover it if the space is damp, particularly for anything with a steel frame.

On how much cardio is actually worth aiming for each week, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.

Commercial and home equipment differ mainly in duty cycle — how many hours a day the frame, bearings and upholstery are designed to take. Equipment built for occasional use will usually survive a home routine comfortably but will not last on a busy floor, and the difference shows in the parts you cannot see rather than the finish.
