Gravity – Standing Leg Curl

The Gravity – Standing Leg Curl is one of the gym equipment options we supply to gyms and home setups across South Africa, made by Gravity. Here is what it does and who it suits.

Stripped of marketing language: this is a piece of gym equipment for people who train consistently. Where a measurement matters to you, ask us and we will confirm it before you order.

Best suited to

It works best for training spaces that get daily use. Outside that, there may be a better match in the range — ask us.

Fitting it into your space

Measure the space and the route in before ordering. Doorways, corners and stairs are what turn a straightforward delivery into a problem.

Points to weigh up

Think about who will use it and their size range. Adjustability decides how many people find it comfortable.

Against the other 267 gym equipment we stock, this sits in the middle at R22 327 — the range runs R401 to R163 098, so there is room to move either way if the fit is not right.

Store or cover it if the space is damp, particularly for anything with a steel frame.

For what regular training actually does for you long term, the NHS summary of the health benefits of exercise covers the evidence plainly.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty gym equipment is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.

Delivery across South Africa is included on every order. Larger items are booked in rather than left at a door, so tell us about stairs, narrow passages or a restricted loading area when you order and we will arrange transport that suits the site.

Questions about fit, access or compatibility with what you already own? Contact us before ordering and we will confirm it properly.
