Tb10 Trap Bar

The Tb10 Trap Bar is one of the barbells options we supply to gyms and home setups across South Africa, made by Force Fitness. Here is what it does and who it suits.

What you are getting is a barbell designed to be used properly and often. The images and title carry the detail we publish for this unit.

Best suited to

This one suits lifters who want a bar that holds up under load, and home platforms and commercial floors. If that describes your setup, it will earn its place.

Fitting it into your space

Store bars horizontally on a rack or vertically in a holder; leaning them against a wall bends them over time.

Points to weigh up

Knurling and whip decide how the bar feels. Aggressive knurl suits pulling, a moderate knurl is more comfortable for high-rep work.

We stock 53 barbells between R40 and R36 464; this one is in the middle at R4 556.

A light oil on the shaft prevents rust in humid conditions, which matters in coastal areas.

For context on how often adults should be training muscle groups, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty barbells is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.

Delivery across South Africa is included on every order. Larger items are booked in rather than left at a door, so tell us about stairs, narrow passages or a restricted loading area when you order and we will arrange transport that suits the site.

Not certain the Tb10 Trap Bar is right for your space? Send us your room dimensions or a photo and we will tell you honestly whether it fits — including if something else in the range would serve you better.
