Comp Kettlebell Set (8-32kg)

The Comp Kettlebell Set (8-32kg) is one of the kettlebells options we supply to gyms and home setups across South Africa, made by Tunturi. Here is what it does and who it suits.

In plain terms, this is a kettlebell intended for regular use rather than occasional. The listing states 8kg to 32kg and supplied as a set.

Best suited to

Think functional training areas, and swings, cleans and conditioning circuits. Those are the situations where this piece makes the most sense.

Fitting it into your space

Check the floor is level and suitable for the load, and leave working clearance around the equipment.

Points to weigh up

Check what is included in the box, and whether accessories are needed to get it working the way you want.

Priced at R9 638, it is the 41st of 41 kettlebells we list (R160 to R9 638). Worth comparing before you settle.

Keep it clean and check fixings periodically. Most equipment failures start as something loose rather than something broken.

For context on how often adults should be training muscle groups, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty kettlebells is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.
