M1p Spin Bike

Every gym has a piece of kit that quietly does most of the work. For a lot of setups the M1p Spin Bike is that piece.

What you are getting is a exercise bike designed to be used properly and often. The images and title carry the detail we publish for this unit.

A good fit for

This one suits low-impact cardio in a small footprint, and home riders training year round. If that describes your setup, it will earn its place.

Setup notes

Plan for power only if the console needs it — many spin bikes are entirely self-powered.

Worth thinking about

Flywheel weight and resistance type set the ride feel. Heavier flywheels give a smoother, more road-like feel; magnetic resistance runs quieter than friction.

We stock 44 exercise bikes between R689 and R47 740; this one is in the middle at R6 726.

Check pedal and crank tightness periodically, and confirm the pedal type suits your shoes.

On how much cardio is actually worth aiming for each week, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.

Details worth knowing

• Category: Exercise Bikes
• SKU: M1P
• Condition: new unless the listing states otherwise

If you are planning a full setup, Cardio, Exercise Bikes, Rowing Machines and Gym Flooring are the sections that usually go with this.

Commercial and home equipment differ mainly in duty cycle — how many hours a day the frame, bearings and upholstery are designed to take. Equipment built for occasional use will usually survive a home routine comfortably but will not last on a busy floor, and the difference shows in the parts you cannot see rather than the finish.

Every order ships free anywhere in South Africa. For heavier pieces we confirm access and offloading before dispatch — worth flagging stairs or tight corners at the time of order rather than on the day.

If you want the M1p Spin Bike checked against your setup before you commit, get in touch. We would rather spend five minutes on measurements than arrange a return.
