Close Grip V-Handle Cable Attachment

Good training equipment earns its floor space, and the Close Grip V-Handle Cable Attachment is built to do exactly that. It sits in our cable machines range for South African home gyms, studios and commercial floors.

Stripped of marketing language: this is a cable machine for people who train consistently. Where a measurement matters to you, ask us and we will confirm it before you order.

Ideal for

It works best for varied resistance work in one footprint, and home gyms replacing several single-purpose machines. Outside that, there may be a better match in the range — ask us.

Before you install it

Measure the space and the route in before ordering. Doorways, corners and stairs are what turn a straightforward delivery into a problem.

Choosing the right one

Think about who will use it and their size range. Adjustability decides how many people find it comfortable.

Against the other 49 cable machines we stock, this sits in the middle at R440 — the range runs R156 to R82 764, so there is room to move either way if the fit is not right.

Store or cover it if the space is damp, particularly for anything with a steel frame.

For context on how often adults should be training muscle groups, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.

• Category: Functional Trainers
• SKU: LP8192G
• Condition: new unless the listing states otherwise

If you are planning a full setup, Strength, Functional Trainers, Attachments and Benches are the sections that usually go with this.

Commercial and home equipment differ mainly in duty cycle — how many hours a day the frame, bearings and upholstery are designed to take. Equipment built for occasional use will usually survive a home routine comfortably but will not last on a busy floor, and the difference shows in the parts you cannot see rather than the finish.

If you want the Close Grip V-Handle Cable Attachment checked against your setup before you commit, get in touch. We would rather spend five minutes on measurements than arrange a return.
