A good fit for
It works best for circuit and interval training, and home setups covering several bases at once. Outside that, there may be a better match in the range — ask us.
Setup notes
Measure the space and the route in before ordering. Doorways, corners and stairs are what turn a straightforward delivery into a problem.
Worth thinking about
Think about who will use it and their size range. Adjustability decides how many people find it comfortable.
Against the other 210 conditioning kit we stock, this sits in the middle at R28 397 — the range runs R1 120 to R49 665, so there is room to move either way if the fit is not right.
Store or cover it if the space is damp, particularly for anything with a steel frame.
On how much cardio is actually worth aiming for each week, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.
