LivePro Ab Mat

Choosing gym flooring comes down to matching the equipment to how hard it will actually be worked. The LivePro Ab Mat, from LivePro, is aimed at people who want something that holds up.

What you are getting is a gym flooring designed to be used properly and often. The images and title carry the detail we publish for this unit.

Who this is for

This one suits commercial areas needing consistent underfoot surface, and garage and spare-room conversions. If that describes your setup, it will earn its place.

Installation and space

Plan the layout so joins fall away from the heaviest traffic and loading areas.

What to consider

Thickness should match the load. Free-weight and drop areas need considerably more than a cardio zone.

We stock 105 gym flooring between R41 and R116 351; this one is in the middle at R200.

Check for movement at joins periodically, particularly under racks.

If staff will be moving this regularly, the HSE's guide to manual handling at work is worth reading first.

The specifics

• Brand: LivePro
• Category: Accessories
• SKU: LP8345
• Condition: new unless the listing states otherwise

You will find related equipment under Accessories, Storage Racks, Exercise Mats and Racks And Cages — worth a look before deciding.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty gym flooring is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.

Delivery across South Africa is included on every order. Larger items are booked in rather than left at a door, so tell us about stairs, narrow passages or a restricted loading area when you order and we will arrange transport that suits the site.

Not certain the LivePro Ab Mat is right for your space? Send us your room dimensions or a photo and we will tell you honestly whether it fits — including if something else in the range would serve you better.
