LivePro Bulgarian Bag

Every gym has a piece of kit that quietly does most of the work. For a lot of setups the LivePro Bulgarian Bag is that piece, and LivePro built it for the job.

Stripped of marketing language: this is a weight bag for people who train consistently. Where a measurement matters to you, ask us and we will confirm it before you order.

A good fit for

It works best for loaded carries and conditioning, and strongman-style work. Outside that, there may be a better match in the range — ask us.

Setup notes

Measure the space and the route in before ordering. Doorways, corners and stairs are what turn a straightforward delivery into a problem.

Worth thinking about

Think about who will use it and their size range. Adjustability decides how many people find it comfortable.

Against the other 23 weight bags we stock, this sits in the middle at R648 — the range runs R200 to R21 061, so there is room to move either way if the fit is not right.

Store or cover it if the space is damp, particularly for anything with a steel frame.

For what regular training actually does for you long term, the NHS summary of the health benefits of exercise covers the evidence plainly.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty weight bags is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.

Delivery across South Africa is included on every order. Larger items are booked in rather than left at a door, so tell us about stairs, narrow passages or a restricted loading area when you order and we will arrange transport that suits the site.
