LivePro Freestanding Boxing Bag – Technique Bag

The LivePro Freestanding Boxing Bag – Technique Bag is one of the weight bags options we supply to gyms and home setups across South Africa, made by LivePro. Here is what it does and who it suits.

What you are getting is a weight bag designed to be used properly and often. The images and title carry the detail we publish for this unit.

Best suited to

This one suits strongman-style work, and functional training areas. If that describes your setup, it will earn its place.

Fitting it into your space

Plan where it will live before it arrives — moving equipment after the fact is harder than it sounds.

Points to weigh up

Match the specification to how often it will actually be used. Home and commercial duty ratings are genuinely different things.

We stock 105 weight bags between R41 and R116 351; this one is in the middle at R5 700.

Wipe surfaces down after use — sweat is corrosive and is what shortens the life of most gym equipment.

For what regular training actually does for you long term, the NHS summary of the health benefits of exercise covers the evidence plainly.

Commercial and home equipment differ mainly in duty cycle — how many hours a day the frame, bearings and upholstery are designed to take. Equipment built for occasional use will usually survive a home routine comfortably but will not last on a busy floor, and the difference shows in the parts you cannot see rather than the finish.
