Slam Balls – Rubber Textured (Black / Blue) | LivePro

Choosing exercise balls comes down to matching the equipment to how hard it will actually be worked. The Slam Balls – Rubber Textured (Black / Blue) | LivePro, from LivePro, is aimed at people who want something that holds up.

Stripped of marketing language: this is a exercise ball for people who train consistently. Stated details include rubber construction and a black finish.

Who this is for

It works best for core work, throws and rehab, and home training that needs little space. Outside that, there may be a better match in the range — ask us.

Installation and space

Measure the space and the route in before ordering. Doorways, corners and stairs are what turn a straightforward delivery into a problem.

What to consider

Think about who will use it and their size range. Adjustability decides how many people find it comfortable.

Against the other 23 exercise balls we stock, this sits towards the entry end at R200 — the range runs R200 to R21 061, so there is room to move either way if the fit is not right.

Store or cover it if the space is damp, particularly for anything with a steel frame.

For what regular training actually does for you long term, the NHS summary of the health benefits of exercise covers the evidence plainly.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty exercise balls is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.
