LivePro Strap Handle Attachment Rubber Grip (Pair)

The LivePro Strap Handle Attachment Rubber Grip (Pair) is one of the cable machines options we supply to gyms and home setups across South Africa, made by LivePro. Here is what it does and who it suits.

In plain terms, this is a cable machine intended for regular use rather than occasional. The listing states rubber construction and supplied as a pair.

Best suited to

Think studios wanting range without filling the floor, and varied resistance work in one footprint. Those are the situations where this piece makes the most sense.

Fitting it into your space

Check the floor is level and suitable for the load, and leave working clearance around the equipment.

Points to weigh up

Check what is included in the box, and whether accessories are needed to get it working the way you want.

Priced at R240, it is the 3rd of 49 cable machines we list (R156 to R82 764). Worth comparing before you settle.

Keep it clean and check fixings periodically. Most equipment failures start as something loose rather than something broken.

For context on how often adults should be training muscle groups, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty cable machines is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.

Delivery across South Africa is included on every order. Larger items are booked in rather than left at a door, so tell us about stairs, narrow passages or a restricted loading area when you order and we will arrange transport that suits the site.
