LivePro Wall Ball

Choosing exercise balls comes down to matching the equipment to how hard it will actually be worked. The LivePro Wall Ball, from LivePro, is aimed at people who want something that holds up.

What you are getting is a exercise ball designed to be used properly and often. The images and title carry the detail we publish for this unit.

Who this is for

This one suits home training that needs little space, and studio and class settings. If that describes your setup, it will earn its place.

Installation and space

Plan where it will live before it arrives — moving equipment after the fact is harder than it sounds.

What to consider

Match the specification to how often it will actually be used. Home and commercial duty ratings are genuinely different things.

We stock 23 exercise balls between R200 and R21 061; this one is in the middle at R600.

Wipe surfaces down after use — sweat is corrosive and is what shortens the life of most gym equipment.

If you are still working out how this fits into a weekly routine, the NHS's exercise guidance is a good independent reference.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty exercise balls is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.

Delivery across South Africa is included on every order. Larger items are booked in rather than left at a door, so tell us about stairs, narrow passages or a restricted loading area when you order and we will arrange transport that suits the site.
