LivePro Water Bag (20kg)

Choosing weight bags comes down to matching the equipment to how hard it will actually be worked. The LivePro Water Bag (20kg), from LivePro, is aimed at people who want something that holds up.

What you are getting is a weight bag designed to be used properly and often. It is listed with 20kg.

Who this is for

This one suits strongman-style work, and functional training areas. If that describes your setup, it will earn its place.

Installation and space

Plan where it will live before it arrives — moving equipment after the fact is harder than it sounds.

What to consider

Match the specification to how often it will actually be used. Home and commercial duty ratings are genuinely different things.

We stock 105 weight bags between R41 and R116 351; this one is in the middle at R920.

Wipe surfaces down after use — sweat is corrosive and is what shortens the life of most gym equipment.

For what regular training actually does for you long term, the NHS summary of the health benefits of exercise covers the evidence plainly.

If you are planning a full setup, Accessories, Hiit and Storage Racks are the sections that usually go with this.

Commercial and home equipment differ mainly in duty cycle — how many hours a day the frame, bearings and upholstery are designed to take. Equipment built for occasional use will usually survive a home routine comfortably but will not last on a busy floor, and the difference shows in the parts you cannot see rather than the finish.

Every order ships free anywhere in South Africa. For heavier pieces we confirm access and offloading before dispatch — worth flagging stairs or tight corners at the time of order rather than on the day.

If you want the LivePro Water Bag (20kg) checked against your setup before you commit, get in touch. We would rather spend five minutes on measurements than arrange a return.
