LivePro Resistance Bands (Super Exercise Bands)

Good training equipment earns its floor space, and the LivePro Resistance Bands (Super Exercise Bands) is built to do exactly that. Made by LivePro, it sits in our resistance bands range for South African home gyms, studios and commercial floors.

What you are getting is a resistance band designed to be used properly and often. The images and title carry the detail we publish for this unit.

Ideal for

This one suits adding resistance without adding weight, and travel and home training. If that describes your setup, it will earn its place.

Before you install it

Plan where it will live before it arrives — moving equipment after the fact is harder than it sounds.

Choosing the right one

Match the specification to how often it will actually be used. Home and commercial duty ratings are genuinely different things.

We stock 7 resistance bands between R164 and R2 025; this one is in the middle at R451.

Wipe surfaces down after use — sweat is corrosive and is what shortens the life of most gym equipment.

If you are still working out how this fits into a weekly routine, the NHS's exercise guidance is a good independent reference.

Commercial and home equipment differ mainly in duty cycle — how many hours a day the frame, bearings and upholstery are designed to take. Equipment built for occasional use will usually survive a home routine comfortably but will not last on a busy floor, and the difference shows in the parts you cannot see rather than the finish.

Every order ships free anywhere in South Africa. For heavier pieces we confirm access and offloading before dispatch — worth flagging stairs or tight corners at the time of order rather than on the day.
