Sole Fitness E95 Commercial Elliptical 2024

Good training equipment earns its floor space, and the Sole Fitness E95 Commercial Elliptical 2024 is built to do exactly that. Made by Sole Fitness, it sits in our elliptical trainers range for South African home gyms, studios and commercial floors.

In plain terms, this is a elliptical trainer intended for regular use rather than occasional. Full specifications are shown on this page and in the product images.

Ideal for

Think home gyms wanting one machine to cover cardio, and low-impact cardio for joints that will not take running. Those are the situations where this piece makes the most sense.

Before you install it

Check the floor is level and suitable for the load, and leave working clearance around the equipment.

Choosing the right one

Check what is included in the box, and whether accessories are needed to get it working the way you want.

Priced at R41 496, it is the 15th of 21 elliptical trainers we list (R4 214 to R118 818). Worth comparing before you settle.

Keep it clean and check fixings periodically. Most equipment failures start as something loose rather than something broken.

On how much cardio is actually worth aiming for each week, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.

Commercial and home equipment differ mainly in duty cycle — how many hours a day the frame, bearings and upholstery are designed to take. Equipment built for occasional use will usually survive a home routine comfortably but will not last on a busy floor, and the difference shows in the parts you cannot see rather than the finish.
