Sole Fitness F65 Home Treadmill

If you are putting together a space that has to work every day rather than look good once, the Sole Fitness F65 Home Treadmill is worth a close look. It comes from Sole Fitness and forms part of our treadmills lineup.

Stripped of marketing language: this is a treadmill for people who train consistently. Where a measurement matters to you, ask us and we will confirm it before you order.

Who it suits

It works best for home users building a consistent running habit, and runners training indoors through winter. Outside that, there may be a better match in the range — ask us.

Getting it in place

Measure the running deck and the total footprint before ordering, and leave clearance behind the machine. Treadmills need a stable, level floor and their own plug point — sharing a circuit with other equipment is the most common cause of nuisance tripping.

Before you decide

Think about who uses it and how often. A machine rated for occasional home use will not survive a studio timetable, and the difference shows in the motor and the deck rather than the console.

Against the other 81 treadmills we stock, this sits in the middle at R27 386 — the range runs R796 to R161 777, so there is room to move either way if the fit is not right.

A treadmill mat under the frame reduces vibration, protects the floor and makes cleaning underneath far easier.

On how much cardio is actually worth aiming for each week, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.
