UBench Five Station

Every gym has a piece of kit that quietly does most of the work. For a lot of setups the UBench Five Station is that piece, and UBench built it for the job.

What you are getting is a bench designed to be used properly and often. The images and title carry the detail we publish for this unit.

A good fit for

This one suits commercial floors needing benches that survive daily use, and garage gyms building around a rack. If that describes your setup, it will earn its place.

Setup notes

Allow space to move the bench in and out if it is shared between a rack and a dumbbell area.

Worth thinking about

Pad width and firmness matter more than they sound. Too soft and you lose stability under load; too narrow and shoulder position suffers on heavy presses.

We stock 30 benches between R23 236 and R152 303; this one is in the middle at R147 518.

Check the fixings periodically. Adjustable benches work loose over time and a few minutes with a spanner keeps everything solid.

For context on how often adults should be training muscle groups, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.

Details worth knowing

• Brand: UBench
• Category: Multi Gyms & All-In-One Trainers
• SKU: EPS-31
• Condition: new unless the listing states otherwise

You will find related equipment under Strength, Benches, Multi Gyms & All-In-One Trainers and Racks And Cages — worth a look before deciding.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty benches is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.
