UFC Com Free Standing Bag-Bk

Every gym has a piece of kit that quietly does most of the work. For a lot of setups the UFC Com Free Standing Bag-Bk is that piece, and UFC built it for the job.

What you are getting is a weight bag designed to be used properly and often. The images and title carry the detail we publish for this unit.

A good fit for

This one suits strongman-style work, and functional training areas. If that describes your setup, it will earn its place.

Setup notes

Plan where it will live before it arrives — moving equipment after the fact is harder than it sounds.

Worth thinking about

Match the specification to how often it will actually be used. Home and commercial duty ratings are genuinely different things.

We stock 32 weight bags between R205 and R12 665; this one is at the upper end at R12 665.

Wipe surfaces down after use — sweat is corrosive and is what shortens the life of most gym equipment.

For what regular training actually does for you long term, the NHS summary of the health benefits of exercise covers the evidence plainly.

Details worth knowing

• Brand: UFC
• Category: UFC

You will find related equipment under Accessories, UFC, Hiit and Storage Racks — worth a look before deciding.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty weight bags is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.

Delivery across South Africa is included on every order. Larger items are booked in rather than left at a door, so tell us about stairs, narrow passages or a restricted loading area when you order and we will arrange transport that suits the site.

Not certain the UFC Com Free Standing Bag-Bk is right for your space? Send us your room dimensions or a photo and we will tell you honestly whether it fits — including if something else in the range would serve you better.
