UFC Octagon Camo Boxing Gloves 16oz White

Every gym has a piece of kit that quietly does most of the work. For a lot of setups the UFC Octagon Camo Boxing Gloves 16oz White is that piece, and UFC built it for the job.

What you are getting is a combat training gear designed to be used properly and often. It is listed with a white finish.

A good fit for

This one suits clubs and studios, and home training setups. If that describes your setup, it will earn its place.

Setup notes

Plan where it will live before it arrives — moving equipment after the fact is harder than it sounds.

Worth thinking about

Match the specification to how often it will actually be used. Home and commercial duty ratings are genuinely different things.

We stock 32 combat training gear between R205 and R12 665; this one is in the middle at R1 341.

Wipe surfaces down after use — sweat is corrosive and is what shortens the life of most gym equipment.

For what regular training actually does for you long term, the NHS summary of the health benefits of exercise covers the evidence plainly.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty combat training gear is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.
