V Grip Handle Attachment (cgtr)

The V Grip Handle Attachment (cgtr) is one of the cable machines options we supply to gyms and home setups across South Africa. Here is what it does and who it suits.

What you are getting is a cable machine designed to be used properly and often. The images and title carry the detail we publish for this unit.

Best suited to

This one suits home gyms replacing several single-purpose machines, and studios wanting range without filling the floor. If that describes your setup, it will earn its place.

Fitting it into your space

Plan where it will live before it arrives — moving equipment after the fact is harder than it sounds.

Points to weigh up

Match the specification to how often it will actually be used. Home and commercial duty ratings are genuinely different things.

We stock 41 cable machines between R41 and R71 920; this one is in the middle at R487.

Wipe surfaces down after use — sweat is corrosive and is what shortens the life of most gym equipment.

For context on how often adults should be training muscle groups, the World Health Organization physical activity guidelines are a sensible, independent starting point.

Useful details

• Category: Cable Machines
• SKU: GM-1OF678
• Condition: new unless the listing states otherwise

You will find related equipment under Strength, Attachments, Cable Machines and Functional Trainers — worth a look before deciding.

The practical gap between light and heavy-duty cable machines is not the badge, it is the rating: frame gauge, bearing quality and how easily wear parts can be replaced. Buying slightly above your current needs is almost always cheaper than replacing early.

Delivery across South Africa is included on every order. Larger items are booked in rather than left at a door, so tell us about stairs, narrow passages or a restricted loading area when you order and we will arrange transport that suits the site.

Not certain the V Grip Handle Attachment (cgtr) is right for your space? Send us your room dimensions or a photo and we will tell you honestly whether it fits — including if something else in the range would serve you better.
